Our quality management system
One of our main tasks is to promote awareness of responsibility and quality amongst all our employees.
This is how we aim to reassure our customers that they can depend on the competence and reliability of MEDITEC Rheinland for all offers from our range of services.
We provide proof of this competence and reliability with our quality management system.
Successful recertification of our quality management system by TÜV-CERT!
The certificate was issued for a period of three years in accordance with the guidelines of ISO 9001:2008. In between, an interim audit is carried out by the certifying company each year. At the end of the three-year period, proof that all the quality standards are being met must be obtained through recertification of the entire quality management system. Our company’s commitment to total customer focus is at the heart of this concept.
In February 2010 the second recertification of our quality management system was successfully completed by the auditors of TÜV-CERT. As a reward for this, audit leader Marc Hebestreit from TÜV NORD CERT GmbH handed over the new certificate to our Managing Director, Ralf Bramer. Our quality management officer Wolfgang Vieweg, who has supported the company as an external consultant since its founding, is also delighted with this recertification.
